Piloncillo is the most natural way to consume sugarcane. The production of piloncillo is a very ancient and little-known processing method outside of Mexico.
Since it is not refined sugar, piloncillo has a more granular texture, and we can find notes of wood and vanilla (natural to piloncillo).
